Which model: OpenAI, Claude or Mistral?
It depends on the use case. Claude is strong for long texts and analysis, GPT-4o for multimodal, Mistral for lower costs and French data sovereignty. I benchmark on your real cases before deciding, not on marketing promises.
How much does it cost per month in API fees?
Highly variable. A support chatbot with 500 requests per day runs around €30 to €80 per month on Claude Haiku. I size it precisely and add caching to reduce the bill.
Will my data be used to train the models?
No. OpenAI and Anthropic do not train on API data by default. For sensitive data, we can switch to Mistral hosted in France or a self-hosted open source model.
Does an AI chatbot replace a human?
No. It handles 60 to 80% of repetitive questions. For the rest, it politely hands off to a human. It is an assistant, not a replacement.
